IMPORTANT!

Thanks to our special agreements with Fedex (An e-mail will be sent to you with the return label that must be attached to your package), we can offer you special rates for returning your products top us, you will thus be able to save time and money.

Please contact us at the address: info@rockracing.us before retuning anything and clearly describe the item you want to return and the reason.

Please enter the e-mail address with which you made the purchase and the order number.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24/72hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at: info@rockracing.us.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Standard Parcel postage costs.

SHIPPING

All orders placed within the contiguous EUROPE & UNITED STATES will be delivered within 3-5 business days, once processing has finished, with FedEx (unless otherwise noted on specific products). Our production process can take up to 14 days to complete. We produce and deliver orders within 20 days except when in high-demand (i.e. holidays, sales, etc).

INTERNATIONAL (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES)
ROCK RACING ships to most countries outside of the EUROPE & UNITED STATES. You can select the ship-to country at checkout. All international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $15.00 USD and usually takes between 6-21 business days to be delivered.

ROCK RACING is not liable for any duties and taxes that may be charged to release the order from customs.

REFUNDS

We’re sorry that things didn’t work out! ROCK RACING accepts returns in exchange for store credit ONLY on any item that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached.

For all international returns and exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping back the item.

ROCK RACING is a bespoke operation that produces each item on-demand. We only accept returns on damaged items requested within 3 days after order delivery. Customers may return items for store credit within 3 days of packaged delivery for full priced items only. All custom orders and products noted as "Final sale." are not eligible for a return or exchange.

All exchanges must go through our return portal which you can find here. All credit or exchange request will be reviewed before approval and have to be made within the stated timeframe. Any packages sent without the correct process may be rejected upon delivery. If you have any questions or concerns contact us at orders@rockracing.it.

ROCK RACING is not responsible for providing any additional return labels.

If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the EUROPE, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through ROCK RACING. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Exchanges and Damages
We are happy to exchange your item if it is damaged. Please contact customer care at orders@rockracing.it or request an exchange via our return and exchange portal. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the delivery date per exchange.

Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 3 days of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded or exchanged. If you have a damage that you would like to exchange, or have received a faulty item, please contact us at orders@rockracing.it
We will not accept returns or replace items that a customer has damaged themselves. This include, but are not limited to: abrasions to fabric caused by friction and pulling in pixelations causing the holes to rupture.

Cancellations
Since every ROCK RACING item is customized and made to order we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

Changes to an order
All orders are submitted to production 24 hours after an order is placed. You may request to update the item(s) ordered within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we will not honor changes to your order.
